Our Clients

As one of the country’s leading regeneration specialists, with a range of clients and partner organisations to deliver outstanding new communities.

We are proud to have established long standing relationships with many of the country’s leading housing associations, including Home Group, Notting Hill Genesis, Metropolitan Thames Valley, Sanctuary and Aster.

We work with many local authorities, from Cornwall to Gateshead, using our contracting expertise to deliver new homes or by working collaboratively to deliver major regeneration schemes.

We also work closely with providers of homes for older people, including the Extra Care Charitable Trust, for whom we have constructed more than 12 high-quality new developments across the country.

Without the strong partnership ethos which Vistry brought to the project, the complex redevelopment of the former Greyhound Stadium in Ellesmere Port would not have proceeded and now near completion – the ability to understand the requirements of the Council was fundamental to the success of this key regeneration proposal.
