Training and Development

There are a range of training and development opportunities in place across Vistry Partnerships.

In addition to an annual Personal Development Review, where employees take the opportunity to discuss their performance and future aspirations, we also support professional accreditation and job-specific related training.

Our internal development academy website is open to all employees and supports our commitment to managing and developing employees in line with business objectives and career aspirations. It is designed to be the first point of resources for employees to develop their knowledge and skills via self-directed learning. This website offers more than 50 development topics for all levels of employees.

Leaders in Regeneration programme

This programme is designed not only to improve technical but also interpersonal, problem-solving and decision-making skills and equips staff to lead their teams more effectively.

The programme is a challenge in commitment, time management and professional competence to meet an external benchmarking criteria.

Each course is tailored to participants culminating with an assessment and qualification at ILM level 3 or 5. The courses take between 18 to 24 months to complete.


To create a working environment that progresses its employees, we have recently introduced a mentoring scheme.

The programme assigns employees to a key individual who provides guidance and advice, utilising their own personal experiences to guide their mentee through a wide variety of business relevant situations.

Once matched, mentors and mentees meet monthly, ensuring the mentee receives regular opportunities to discuss their progress.
