Millbay A2

Vistry Partnerships were appointed by English Cities Fund Limited to continue construction of the Millbay regeneration project in Plymouth.
Named Plot A2, the scheme provides continued regeneration on the eastern side of the historic former docks and will see the creation of 137 new homes, featuring a mix of 137 houses and apartments with associated parking.
The £160m regeneration of Millbay will transform the 15 acre Brunel docks area, close to the city centre, into an exciting new harbourside community. Including new homes, new businesses, the new 1,000-pupil Plymouth School of Creative Arts, a 171-berth King Point Marina and Dock Restaurant, all contributing to
an increasingly busy and vibrant local community.

Plymouth City Council says it is hoping to create a leisure destination for the South West, with waterfront bars and restaurants and a ‘continental-style’ boulevard bringing visitors down to the harbour.
