Building work is underway on 375 new homes in Leamington

Affordable housing provider Platform has partnered with leading regeneration specialist Vistry Partnerships to deliver 375 new homes at Europa Way in Leamington.

Vistry Partnerships will build 185 two, three and four bed homes for Platform Housing; all of which will be offered as affordable, social rented and shared ownership dwellings to local families and those in housing need.

In addition, the remaining 225 homes will be sold by a Vistry Joint Venture under the award-winning Linden brand to the general public. The first homes will be ready to be occupied by Autumn 2020.

We are very pleased to have worked in partnership with Vistry Partnerships and Platform Housing to bring forward a key stage of our long-term plans for the area south of Warwick with a large proportion of affordable homes giving those on lower incomes the opportunity to get on the property ladder. As well as new homes, this crucial phase will provide the main infrastructure, with a new spine road linking the housing to the Community Stadium and adjoining amenities. In addition, there will be footpaths and cycle routes to the Tach Brook Country Park and Sustrans National Cycling Routes.
