Despite the challenges of working through lock-down, Vistry Partnerships West Midlands achieved a bumper month of new contracts during May.
With deals done, planning secured, and partnerships agreed, the West Midlands business is gearing up to start on site on three developments which will deliver over 900 new homes in the coming months. The leading regeneration specialist that continues to grown rapidly in size in the affordable and mixed tenure market.
Responding to the three new site wins, the Divisional Managing Director for the Central and North region, James Warrington commented, “It is great to see new jobs being planned in and able to start in the current climate, people still need homes to live in, so we will keep building them. As one of the country’s leading regeneration specialists we recognise the need to support our partners to build homes across all tenures, particularly affordable housing and later living accommodation for older people.
The three new projects consist of:
- Lea Castle – 600 new houses at the former Lea Castle Hospital site near Kidderminster
- Churchfields – 246 new homes in partnership with Citizen in Kidderminster
- Raleigh Street – 88 new homes off Raleigh Street in Wallsall
